Cedric Tillman: The Browns traded up to select Tillman, a versatile wide receiver who can play both inside and outside. He brings excellent size (6'3", 215 lbs) and athleticism to the Browns' offense.
Perrion Winfrey: Winfrey is a 315-pound defensive tackle who brings physicality and athleticism to the Browns' front seven. He had 5.5 sacks and 12 tackles for loss in his final season at Oklahoma.
Overall Assessment
